Duplicating the "positioning" attribute after having centered it with the red lines

Hi guys,

I have been having an issue with duplicating my text recently. So, I want to duplicate the positioning effect of my text on all other texts that appear in my video. As I centered it using the cmd function and the red lines, I can't seem to duplicate this positioning attribute to all my other pieces of text at once. 

I have to individually center each text which is a real pain... I'm pretty sure there is a solution to my problem but I can't seem to find it on any of the forums. Thanks very much for your help!

Make the first one. Then alt/drag that to the next location, replace the text.
