Ease In and Out Not Holding

I am trying to Ease Out and In on keyframes in Position, Scale and Basic 3D of a .png graphic on a 1080p timeline.  I click on the Ease Out and then the Ease In but the settings go immediately back to Bezier.  Is there a setting that prohibits me changing these interpolations?

I didn't see your screen shot cause I didn't want to download it.

However I tried what you have written and they look like they are sticking for me.

Ease Out and Ease In is something that happens to keyframes, not it's own type. So Bezier is correct there.

MeyerPj,

"I am trying to Ease Out and In on keyframes in Position, Scale and Basic 3D."

What am I not getting?  This is what I am used to doing on keyframes I have established on the settings under Motion.

It's a bezier keyframe with an ease out or in applied to it. It doesn't come up with ease out selected in the menu.
