I was hired to edit a feature movie, but they want me to switch to Media Composer. I can't learn Media Composer in such a short time so I need to find a work around. Is there an easy integration feature where I could edit in Premiere Pro using the proxies created in Media Composer (DNxHD) and then open these sequneces in Avid and have my assistant editor fix some inconsistances that might arise?
This is a very urgent request for help and advise. The movie will require Post Sound (ProTools), Color (Resolve), VFX...
I know deadpool and other big movies were edited on Premiere, but is there a solution/workflow/pipeline for working with multiple editors and integration with other post departments?

You can export your projects of Premiere pro into AAF from file >Export. But not everything will be supported especially the effects, complex transitions and etc. Edits of the sequence should look fine in Avid.
