Editing on a remote server cause "link media" sometimes. any idea?

Hi guy's.

I want to ensure that I have the right configuration on premiere.

I'm working on a company, so my computer is inside the internal network. 

On premises is the storange server. between us there is a 1Giga lan.

This server has a SAS drives. 

The read and write within this server are:

Somimes when I open a project that was saved in my computer but the media files are located on that server I'm getting the "link media" on the timeline. 

the read and write from my computer to that server are: 

What could be the problem? or there is a configuration in premiere that i'm missing?
