Edits jitter after export

Anytime I put a picture into my videos, or zoom, or add text, it stutters or jitters at the beginning and end of the edit. This only happens nafter exporting and not during the editing phase.

It was because of optic flow adding frames when there shouldn't be more frames. Turn off optic flow for better
