Encore "kein Zugriff"

right click the program icon and select Run as Administrator, which is NOT the same thing as running the computer with a Windows Administrator account, and which fixes several "odd" problems... To create a two layer DVD or a BluRay, you MUST have Encore set to use the Run as Administrator option

Dear John,

many thanks for your quick answer; I was happily astonished about that. I
tried your tip twice and it really worked. In the morning I got the
following Mail: "Ihr Adobe-Kundendienstfall ist geschlossen" so your
information came just in time.

Maybe you have another tip form me. I want to produce a DVD with two
different languages - so you can choose between them. I do no want to copy
the film on the DVD and use a chapter mark to change the languages. I hope
you know what I mean.

Best wishes and

Once more: Thanks! And stay well!
