EPR preset for .m2t cannot be imported to premiere pro/media encoder

Hello all.

I am a producer at a local broadcasting where we use .m2t files for air transmission.

There weren't any problems until this week I decided to format my work PC, what a smart decision right? 

I get messages from both premiere pro 2020 and media encoder saying:

Premiere pro- The selected preset is not a valid MPEG2 preset. No exporter found for this preset.

Media encoder- Preset could not be imported. No exporter found for this preset.

I have manually adjusted export settings to acquire TS format .m2t file now. 

Nonetheless, since the only option to check if it would work with my manual setting is to air it on live tv channel, I cannot verify it in a prompt fashion.

Is there a known issue about multiplexing: TS settings?

I wish I can upload epr file but the file type is not supported here which is weird as well haha.

If someone has a lead about this issue I would greatly appreciate your help.
