Hi johannac79672882,

Sorry for the trouble. We need more info to analyse the issue. What are the system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)?

What is the version of the application? Are there any external audio input/output devices connected to the machine?

Thanks,

Vidya

Hi cr16700118,

As suggested by ManHelpsAdobe change the Default Input to "No Input" and see if audio works.

If the issue persists, disconnect the webcam from the machine and check the issue.

Please let us know the status.

Thanks,

Vidya
