Error and crash

Hi there.

I can go on with premier pro for more I want It is very annoying It is crashing everytime. This time is when I drop a free graphic template that has a arrow pointing to the left and a circle below it in the time line. Its says The exception unknown sofware exception (0xe0000008) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFCD2A54B89.
