Hi nhatrang,
Did you solve your issue?
Thanks,

I'm having this exact same issue. Why reinstall? Is that the only option?

The issue went away for me when I upgraded my 560 TI to a 4GB 960.

I would recommend everyone in this thread upgrade to a 900 series nVidia card with 4GB of memory.
While I'd love to recommend a 1000 series card, I am seeing some issues with that one.

Thanks, Jim. I don't want to highjack this thread, but could you briefly elaborate and/or share a link to describe the issues the 1000 series have? Are they driver related problems? If they are serious enough, I'll change my order.

Using my 8GB 1070, video playback stutters quite unnaturally with the Lumetri Scopes panel open, whether or not it's actually visible.
Makes correction and grading...difficult.

We are having the same issues as well. 4 x Identical NLE's all running latest Mac OS X 10.12 and PPro CC 2017. This issue is intermittent and appears to be more prominent when the source video files are MOV (XDCAM Ex 1080i60). Below screenshots all all info needed on our end.
Any help or ideas on this issue would be great. However, I suspect it relates directly to the 2017 update as we were not having these issues with the previous version 2015.

What Graphics cards are you using? As Jim pointed out I wonder if this is a problem CC 2017 is having with older cards.

It's the stock graphics card that comes with the Apple Mac Pro (2015) - AMD FirePro D300 2GB.
I have installed all the Apple updates available for the OS and hardware. As they are Mac Pro systems it's not like we can just swap out the graphics to test it out either. I have also tried all the suggestions within these articles below:
1. Solve compiling error when rendering or exporting from Adobe Premiere Elements.
2. How to fix issues that cause errors when rendering or exporting

You have a problem around 3.15.12
Try fixing that.

The timing of my error also fluctuates. I just ordered a GTX 1080 as upgrading GPU seemed to help another user, but it won't be here until next week. Hopefully, someone has a quick fix in the meantime.

Thanks Ann, that's what I initially thought but this proved not to be the case as our issue is happening with many different source files, all with the same codec and wrapper as per my Inspector screen shot above. Even if I just take one of these source files and drop it on the timeline with no effects or anything and try and export it, at random times it will produce this error. Also tried just dropping the source file straight into Media Encoder and tried re-encoding them same result, these are all files that worked with the previous version of PPro 100% all the time for more than a year! I have also tried installing the previous version (2015) and still having issues. Something about installing the new version has created this problem for us all 4 x Mac Pro systems.
ABODE SUPPORT, we need this issue resolved please! Our source files are coming from a Harris/Imagine Communication High-end Production server which are broadcast industry standard servers used around the world. The new versions of CC needs to support these files natively.
Below is a screenshot of what happens when I drop any of these source files straight into ME and then go to Export Setting and try and preview the Source or the Output - just get a blank screen with Rendering...
Here's some of the ME error log Output:

Did you try some other presets beside Match Source?
In AME did you turn off: import Pr sequences nativily?

Hi Ann, I have tried other many presets all fail at some random point. I also just tried it with unchecking the "Import sequences natively" in the AME Pref's and still no luck
Going back to addressing the original poster's issue, which seem to be similar to my issue, this is looking more and more like an Adobe Premier Pro CC 2017 rendering issue for specific file formats and video codecs. As in my case we are only unable to render and re-encode these specific files that are originating from one particular server. We don't have any issues with files originating from other sources other like our cameras (P2 cards) and other in house recorders... that I am aware of yet.
To the other posters here, yes upgrading your graphics cards is also great for getting improved performance and will help to resolve standard rendering problems, but in this case our issue is that our system worked 100% prior to this update with the same hardware place. And in my case the hardware we have more than exceeds the PPro CC 2017 requirements.

Note, there is a new render error = Accelerated Renderer Error

The files was recorded onto our production server from a production switcher. It's a RAW file when we bring it into AME or APPro for editing at which point we cannot render it...

I'm on Windows 10, i5 processor, 8gb ram, and I have a GeForce GTS-450. It will stop rendering at random points. It's never the same place twice. This is very frustrating.... looking into ways of installing the previous version...

I removed Lumetri color adjustments and it finally rendered fine. Lumetri color seems to be the problem, for me anyway...

Lumetri is heavily dependent on the GPU with CUDA turned on, so this is no surprise.
Upgrading your card will likely provide the superior solution.

Thanks for the information Jim. I'm surprised there are still issues with the new cards this long after their release. I've used the Titan X Pascal without issue, so maybe it's limited to lower end cards? At any rate, I'm locked in for the ASUS 1080 Strix. I'll report back on this issue and look out for other Lumetri problems after I upgrade.

Do let us know how it goes.
I'm also seeing a weird issue with certain YouTube videos, but only on the machine with the 1070, so my PP problems could be a local issue.
