I cannot browse presets and templates because the "essentials" always fail to load. They only appear if I reinstall creative cloud - so I've been re-installing it everytime I start work. Everything else is fine. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks in advance. Windows 10

Hello

Can you try to delete all the files in the essential graphics folder?

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Essential Graphics

and delete all files.

and if you still don't have the latest adobe premiere version you need to update it

I had a look. I don't have an Essential Graphics folder. I have a Motion Graphics Template folder - where it saved all the graphics I've used and edited.

No, that's not it. Anyway, I don't want to spend too much time on it. I'll just have to reinstall cloud everytime if I wanted to browse stock library.
