check the renderer from project settings, try to switch renderers..
clean your media cache and reset the preferences..
i don't really know anything about that mogrt (specs), but you
can always open it inside after effects, take off properties or stuff
that you won't be using.. check its dimensions, maybe it is a 4k one?
you can resize...
