Even though I have GoPro plugins installed, Premier Pro 2020 is not displaying Reframe effects.

New Here ,

I have recently installed Premier Pro 2020, I also installed GoPro VR Plugin which created folder inside plugins folder for premier 2020. But in the effects tab I am not able to see the GoPro VR effects.

Please help me I am new to Premier Pro.
