Export color change Premiere

Some of the images in 7 seconds of a file I am currently exporting is being turned bright red and yellow during the process. This only happens to some objects, the rest are unaffected, and they all came from the same place. Also, I've exported these same images and file before with no issues. 

I've have started a new file and re-imported with only the images from this scene. The only effects I've given the images are color and some key frames for slight size and position changes, which were copied over from the original. 

Any ideas?
