Hi,
This new version does not allow the export in h265 !!!
Why ?

H.265 encoding requires a Creative Cloud subscription so if you are using a trial version this is normal.
If you have a Creative Cloud subscription, try to close Premiere Pro and sign out from the Creative Cloud app, restart the computer and sign in in the Creative Cloud app. Next, launch Premiere Pro and try again.
