Export is stuck on Encoding Phase at 54%

I'm trying to export a standard video. The entire work area is rendered, but for some reason adobe keeps on phasing on the export during the encoding phase. 

I have tried to export audio and video separately but the video won't work. I have tried changing to CBR and nothing. I have also tried to turn off hardware encoding. 

I'm not sure what else to do! Please help.
