export issues premiere pro macbook pro

Hi everyone, i have a problem on my Macbook Pro Apple Silicon, with footages from GoPro.

In the export, i have tried with a lot of settings, i get this videos, as you can see the quality is bad, the frames are strange and i don't know how to solve it.

Post export settings with left tab to output with image.

Bump up the bitrate: try adaptive high.

Try it without hardware encoding.
