Export media file size does not match estimated media size - Version 15, Build 41

Previous version of Premiere Pro (PP) exported fine with reduced file size, but Version 15 on PP, no matter what setting I chose, the exported file size ends up being 2.2 GB - but the estimated media size does reflect settings. Anybody else having the same issue? Perhaps a patch is required?
