Export of Sequence Not Including Captions

My captions preview fine/perfectly. however, when I export they do not appear in the output. Yes, I am selecting them before export. I've exported with captions on many videos and never had this problem before. Can anybody speculate what I might be missing this time? Screenshot included.

Adobe support has solved the issue. I needed to change the export from Preset: Custom to Preset:  Match Source High Bitrate. Solved. Cheers!

I'm sorry but it did not work for me.  Forgive me if I've misunderstood the problem, but in my case, the caption option is in essence greyed out for exporting multiple sequences.  It works fine for a single sequence even without the suggested correction re the Custom to Preset.
