Hello,
I'm using the new version of Premiere Pro and are making captions for my video. Is there any way to export only the captions (i mean, a caption-file) without the video? What I remembered, I did that in the previous version.
In the Text Panel, click on the 3 dots.
But see this post:

When exporting this way, "styling" (e.g. font color) commands will be included.

Oh, thank you! I had my text-panel too small, so the dots where not showing so I thought they were gone in the new version. 🙂

In Premiere Pro 22.0 Beta, we have added back the sidecar Caption export option under File menu > Export > Captions... It should match what was avaialable in Premiete Pro 14.9 and earlier versions. You can download Beta builds in Creative Cloud, if you would like to try it out.

The File -> Export -> Captions option is available in the PR 2022 release version. Excellent!
