Export setting (XDCAM-50) for broadcaster. HOW?

Hi guys,

Need to export a file in the following format:

XDCAM-50
MPEG-2 HL 422 GOP
at 50 Mbps
in MXF op-1a

Acutally I have found post with similar question before:

Yet I still wonder what does "MPEG-2 HL 422 GOP" actually means, coz seems like there are no option for this line in Pr exporting panel. Is it already included in the video codec option " XD CAMHD 50 PAL 4:2:2"?

Or may I ask where I can get to know more about codec and such things.
