Hi, I'm using premiere pro and the. after I export a video using Adobe media encoder the video the video is shakes & jitters for some parts of the video.
Does it happen if you export directly out of Premiere instead of via AME? Try a render and replace on the clip before you export. If the clip is a screen record (which it looks like) it may have dodgy VFR - try re-encoding it thorugh something like Handbrake before you put it onto your Premiere timeline.
