My Premiere Pro has exported videos very easily and smoothly but after upgrading the windows version, it had a "Retrieving frame" error and it was only able to output half of the Project I did.
Try making a new sequence and exporting that, if not try making a new project and copying your sequence into that that usually works (no idea why, it shouldn't be like this but here you go)
If not, it'll be something in your time line, an effect, a text layer, shape layer etc that for whatever reason Premiere Pro decided it doesn't like it and refuses to export it so you'll have to change it
