Exported Video Cannot Play Premiere Pro 14.0

Hi! Please help 😞

I exported my video in H.264 format with the same sequence settings but it couldn't be played on quicktime player, I tried uploading it somewhere but there was something wrong with the file. 

This is the first time it has happened to me, pls help I waited for 1 hour ++ 

I've also attached a screenshot of my export settings.

Uncheck hardware encoding (and max render and/or max depth) and try again.
