Exported Video File is Unplayable

I'm having an issue where the finished .mp4 video file is unplayable.  I'm not sure where the issue is because I use a base project file for my series of videos and this hasn't happened before.  I don't think the base project file is the issue because I've continued working on more videos in the series with no issue so I think this particular video project has an isolated, unique issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.  Attached export settings screenshot.

Some fixes I've tried:

 - redownloaded video components in case they were corrupt

 - tried different export presets

 - deleted project file and restarted with new project file

Where is the video unplayable? Have you imported it back to Premiere and gotten playback, uploaded it to YouTube, something else? Do you get an error? If so, what is it and what program is showing the error?

If you think the project may have a problem, an easy troubleshooting step is to create a brand new project and import your problematic project into the new one. This preserves your media, folder structure, and sequences, but would leave behind any potentially corrupted bits of the .prproj

I've attempted playing it with Windows Media Player, VLC Media Player, and attempted to upload it to our YouTube channel but YouTube Studio would report a processing error after uploading.

I'll attempt the fix you mentioned.  Thank you
