Exported Video is not full screen.

I am new to Premier. I am trying to export a full HD video but it always comes with a black frame (not full frame). Both sequence and export properties are 1920X1080 and square pixel is checked. Fit to frame in properties also checked. I tried to use all solutions but to no avail.

It looks like your original material has the black border, use the 'effects control' panel to zoom in to make the pictures fill the frame.

I think this will be the best solution . since he is new to pr , he must have imported some other resolution file first like some essential elements which is of low resolution , and then imported his 1080p file then must have clicked keep same ratio in popup .

which made the resolution conflict here

The source clip is scale is 100%. it is 1920x1080. Same as the exported clip... this is so frustrating...
