Exported Video Screen Tearing on Text - Not in original footage

When viewing my exported gaming video, there are some major screen tears whenever the camera is moved. This is most noticable with on-screen text.

The video is recorded at 1440p 60fps and is exported with the default settings. My Nvidia GeForce drivers are up to date. How do I stop this from happening?
