exported videos play fine until I skip forward and then they're out of sync

Hi,

Recently I've exported videos from Premiere Pro and if you play them from the start until the end, the audio is absolutely fine and in sync. However, if you skip a minute or so ahead, the audio is out of sync and sometimes stops working. I decided to airdrop the video to my phone but the issue was still there. However, when I stuck it on GDrive, it played absolutely fine even when skipping ahead. It only appears to affect new video exports while my old exported videos play absolutely fine.

What might be causing this issue to arise?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.
