I have been working on some 12 hour videos and I am new to Premiere and have everything set to be right under 12 hours long but once I export the videos they show up as 12:00:43 which is just over what i can upload to youtube

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I will attach a few images

You are exporting at 23.98fps, there's a good chance that the timecode is wrong as there is no drop frame version of timecode for 23.98.

Thanks, what would you suggest me doing? Should I shoot my video in another format or is there something I can change to get this video to 12 hours

You could try setting your sequence timecode to read frmaes (just right click the numbers) and the making your sequence 1035936 frames long, or maybe one frame less.
