I've been looking everywhere to figure out how to export my multi-language video into an .mp4 or other format so that the user can select which language they want to listen to when viewing my video. Is there a tutorial where I can learn how to do this?
I am not sure MP4 would allow you to do that. Quicktime or some other format might. You could make the video a lot longer and have all the different languages included.
