Exporting a mxf XDCAMHD422 1080i60 CBR video

Hello!

I need to export a video with the following requests:

Format: .mxf

Codec: Sony  XDCAMHD422 1080i60 CBR

Frame Rate: 59,94

Bit Rate: 35 or 50MBPs

I tried to use XDCAMHD50 60i in premiere and media encoder, but then I cant use the frame rate as 59,94, only 23,976 or 29,97. Is there a way I can change that? Thanks!

1080i60 means 30 frames interlaced as in 29.97.

Would field rate and frame rate be the same thing?

Field rate? Dont know what you mean.

Interlaced footage can never be 59.95 fps. However, progressive footage can  be 59,95 fps. But that is not an option with that codec.

Hmm, I see. So I guess I can use  XDCAMHD50 60i and it'll be okay.
