I am using premiere 14.3. I'm trying to export a project to mp4 but an error message appears at the very end of the process: "error while compiling" with error code 5.
I tried several methods like changing the settings in mercury Cuda only for example, but nothing changes.
Besides, the final video does not appear in the file explorer, but if I search for it from Adobe premiere, it appears and I can watch it with VLC, but not copy / move it.
I have searched everywhere and apparently it is memory related, in short can someone please help me?
Sorry for the Error compiling movie. Could you share a screenshot of the message? What happens when try switching the video renderer to "Software Only"? Does that help in rendering?
