Exporting in Premiere Pro not possible

I have Windows 10, it is not possible to export with fine adjustments.
It is only possible via media encoder, but without individual settings.
It works in the old version. all new versions don't do that. Program hangs up.
I haven't received any help from Adobe yet.

I'm not understanding your problem, so a bit of explanation would help. I'm running Win10 and exporting without problems as are thousands of others, so we need to figure out what is going wrong on your machine.

You can create export setting in Media Encoder for ProRes and then use it in Premiere
