Exporting issue with Premiere Pro 15.2.0 (BUILD 35)

I am working off a server and everytime i export to the server, the export completes but the play back the video it freezes at a certain point.

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Does it happen with a specific file?
  • What happens when you export it in a local drive?

Thanks for your reply.

- System Details:

OS: macOS Big Sur 11.2.3

CPU: 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5.

RAM: 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

GPU: AMD FirePro D500 3 GB.

 

- It happens with all the eports files H.264, MXF OP1a moostly.

- When I export to the local drive I do not experience the issue.

It sounds related to the server. Have you tried reaching out to your IT team regarding this? Also, have you tested the preview in a different Media Player?

I have been working off the server with the previous version of Premiere Pro, i started experiencing this issue when I updated Premiere Pro 15.2.0. (BUILD 35). I have five other systems that I am experiencing the same issue.
