Exporting/Rendering videos without content, full rendering not happening.

Last night I tried to export an edited video from my timeline. I went through all the same processes as before. When I click export media, I tried in Media Encoder and Exporting Directly. It looks like it will export/render, but it only takes .5 seconds to go through the process, says it is done and when I click on the created file it is blank and only about 8 mb.

This all happened after recent updates.

Please help, my settings are below.

I decided to close everything, start a new project and make some edits and adobe seems to be working now. Not sure what is happening, but hopefully this was just a fluke. ~Roger

It's me again, Same problem arose. I am not sure what is going on.
