Working with Adobe Premier Pro - recent purchase (2020). Editing scale and position using the mouse to resize or move a video or photo is PAINFULLY slow. Almost unusable.

16 Gigs of RAM
100 Gigs free on C drive (where my projects are)
All other apps on this machine are very fast (OBS, etc.).
What gives? While I am impressed with the functionality, I can't keep using the product if I can't easily edit scale and positon in my keyframes. Already looking at alternatives.
Please advise.
