I just got a Direct Message to my Adobe Inbox.
His user-name is: Simon Cohen... (there are three dots at the end of the username)
He is posing as an Adobe Customer Care Agent !! and he is asking me to send my query directly to his email: **scam email address**
- which is OBVIOUSLY a fake address !!!! (not only are some of the letters Capitalized, but also its OUTLOOK !!).. Adobe emails would ONLY be ADOBE.COM !!)
Also: Adobe will answer problems on the forum for EVERYBODY to see.
They would not invite people to private email support.
It is basically a SCAM so he can get your email and Adobe Serial Number, etc.
