Faster zoom out for Titles a la Terminator Titles

Basically I'm doing a parody of the first Terminator title sequence. Here it is for reference:

The issue I'm having is the zoom out at the end. Currently I'm just scaling the title back but it's SUPER slow at the beginning and then fast at the end. Is there a way to change the speed and trajectory of it? Or maybe there's an easier way to do this?

Change keyframe to bezier and then adjust the handles. You can also use the 'Basic 3D' effect and use the 'distance to image' parameter but it has a limit.
