It is a pain to have to open settings every time I switch from my monitor to my headphones. Why not just switch it up with the rest of the system as every other app does?

This would also help if also available for After effects.

We already can switch manually, why not just make it an automatic option? And if the switch is not supported because audio source error or whatever just put a message as it already does!

Hi there,

This would be an interesting feature to be added. Would you mind adding our voice here? https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/911233-premiere-pro

This page is directly monitored by our product team.

Please share the link with us too. We'll make sure it gets more eyes.

Thanks,

They have added the "Use system default audio" as an option in the current public beta version. Should be in the 'shipping' version in not too long.
