file format not supported issue

What is the file format? That part of the name is cut off.

If the animations are motion graphics ... mogrts ... you don't 'import' them the way you would media. You import them through the Graphics workspace browsing tab, bottom right corner of the Essential Graphics Panel there's an icon for it. Or in the drop-down boxes.
