fit to fill bug in Premiere Pro v14.0?

I just used the "fit to fill" function to extend the length of a shot. Now the original clip is playyying slower in the source side, and I can't get it back to normal speed.  I undid the fit to fill step, but that did nothing. If I use the "f" keyy from a piece of the clip in the timeline that is playing at correct speed, it goes to the clip playing too slow. I'm working on iMac Retina 5K Mid 2015, Mojave OS.

 

Any help would be most appreciated.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

If the file is variable frame rate, which although Adobe says it will support, many users are having issues with VFR.

Use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
