I have a bluetooth mic that pops horribly. I'll probably just redo the video but is there a way to remove these pops?

You can try keyframing the volume, but I think Audition is a better tool for removing the pops.
I agree, Audtion's healing tool would be perfect for this.

If you mean plosives:
Google for "how to remove plosives in Audition"
There are some plugins that might help:
ERA plosive remover
but they ain't free.
