Fix button does nothing

Hi, when I open Premier or After Effects it reports to me that there is an error in running the software (missing driver) but when I click on the Fix button it does nothing

I can't really speak for the button, but if you need to update a driver, like for your video card, that won't be done through Adobe. You need to go to the manufacturer of the card. Like if you have an Nvidia GPU, go to Nvidia.com or use their Geforce Experience Software.
