Font appears bold and blurry

Hi, I am in learning mode, so I apolgise if this is an easy fix. However, I am trying to overlay some text on a video and I have selected Calibri Light font, but when it plays it appears bold and slightly distorted? I can't see any reason why this would be or what I am doing wrong? It only appears like this when I play it but when it is stopped and I view it it goes back to being the normal font size? Perplexed?!

Under the wrench in the Program window there is a settings for playback and paused resolution: full, 1/2, 1/4 etc.

I had the exact same issue in Premier Pro CC 2017.
Resolved by clicking on the wrench icon and selecting "High Quality Playback"
