Footage after rendering move slow

Hello.

I have a little problem with my premiere pro. I have a few vidoes on my timeline, before I try to render it, it's work fine but little bit freezing, after I render it, it's not make it better, it's make it worst. I can't see nothing, all the videos moving so slow and jumping.

what can be the problem and how can I fix it?

If you have any nested clips delete the nested audio in the timeline. See how that goes.

No nest at all, just few effects .. but like regular ones from preimere .. here a video that show the problem, you can see at timeline, everything is green and still it's slow and jumping. also when i export it, the problem keep there. it's slow and jumping at export file.

also i try without any effect and still after rendering or export it's choppy, from start ... it's happend to me just today, before it's work fine with effects any every video ..

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work,try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean install of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
