FOV effect

Hello guys and gals. I would like to know where is the FOV effect in premiere pro. I've read that it is in After effects but I'm not using AE. Please help. Thanks!!

Premiere doesn't have that effect. Like many "upper" level effects, it's only in Ae.

There's Lens Distortion in Premiere, give it a try.
