Frame drops getting worse over playback

Hi,

During playback at the start of my footage ( around 3 - 5 hours) I get no frame issues then progressively going further in it slowly just gets worse and worse where easily i'm dropping 5-11 frames per second to the point where the footage is basically unwatchable.

I did recently upgrade from 12GB ram to 32GB ram and looking at task manager I'm getting no where near capping out on anything it uses about 3% of my disk 16% of cpu 44% of ram and sometimes 4% of gpu 

I'm editing 1080p 60fps gameplay

properties say my codec is MP4/MOV H.264 4:2:0

File type: MPEG Movie 

My Specs Are:

I7 6700

GTX 1060 3GB

Ram 32GB 3200MHz

For anyone else having this issue I fixed it by revrting from 14.6 back to 14.4
