I have a sequence with some sports coverage, it has several sequences inside it. One is a multicam, one is a sequence with several layers that I want to be able to use a frame-hold on, and then continue after a period (it's a scoreboard with a clock).
If I have a frame-hold segment on the scoreboard, and drag this out to fill a stoppage in the play, when the camera angle of the multicam changes, or if I add a motion graphic, the frame-held scoreboard disappears.
I have got around the issue with the multicam by nesting the sequence, it now doesn't drop out on the multicam (however it is an extra inconvenience to change a shot) However this solution won't work for the motion graphics.
Is there a solution, or another way to do what I am doing that doesn't involve extracting frames every time there is a stoppage in play? (It's amateur ice-hockey, they stop A LOT!)
