Prem Pro is up to date and the 2020 version...

Single frames are being stuck on other clips after I go over a video and edit it after getting the clips vaguely where I want them.

I have tried deleting my media cache multiple times and this is not solving the issue, or is this something I need to do after reediting every clip?

Can I solve it by moving all clips to a further point in the timeline?

Please help as I am pulling my hair out trying to makes videos at the moment and it's driving me mad.

Any help would be appreiciated!

Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
