Frames instead of timecode

I was editing in premiere when i put th timeline to show the frames instead the time. Ok, now i can´t put again the time

Help pls

Did you try looking in sequence settings, making sure all is well there? (Sequence> Sequence Settings...) What is listed as your timebase?

Press and hold the Ctrl-key and click on the timecode field to bring it back to show time.
